My favourite type of villain is the one whose leitmotif is just a bass drop.

Though now that you mention it, a villain whose leitmotif is a Seinfeld style bass sting would also be very good.
Concept:
One or more characters are aware of the musical queues of the show and actively comment on them from time to time. Occasionally one will begin but they just aren’t feeling like that today, so they do something incongruous with it.
